Gia has over 15 years of experience leading multi-disciplined teams and building programs that support the development of marketing, advertising, and digital business solutions for Fortune 100 clients. She has extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, interactive experiences, web and mobile development, social marketing strategy and planning, and consumer research and insights.
Her specific experience includes the management of user experience design for Dell Financial Services, development of interactive experiences for Ameriprise Financial, site redesign and technology implementation for an international pharmaceuticals company, site redesign for Southwest Airlines, digital strategy, interactive experiences, media planning, marketing, social marketing for JCPenney and AT&T.
Gia was a marketing manager for 3M Corporation, leading commercialization efforts for 3M Laboratories and managing strategic initiatives for the Telecom Systems Division.
Gia holds an MBA from the University of Texas, a BS in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS in physics from Spelman College. Throughout her college career she was a member of the National Society of Black Engineers.
